Ruvani (Creative Director) is a dynamic artist, musician and animator. You can check out her portfolio at ruvaniperumal.com
Originally from Sydney, Australia, Ruvani now resides in Boston, MA. Currently, Ruvani works as the Digital Programs Manager for ArtsBoston, an arts non-profit, where she handles the development of ArtsBoston.org and BosTix.org as well as the company’s social media and various marketing initiatives. Her social conscience has always been at the forefront of her mind, having spent much of her life dedicated to volunteering with the elderly, at-risk youth, orphans and children with disabilities. Her notable volunteer work includes being a music and occupational therapist for children with disabilities at Insfadim, La Escuela por Niños Discapacidad in Quito, Ecuador. Ruvani has formally studied music composition and animation, developing skills that she is incredibly excited to lend to the girltank revolution.
Why I am involved in girltank: “I personally believe that women will change the world for the better, but without the proper tools and networks we can’t really help each other reach our full potential. girltank will help bridge that gap, and I can’t think of a better program to be involved with!”
